I booked in for a hydrofacial with Sophie last week being my first time and having sensative skin I was very nervous. Sophie was brilliant at calming my nerves explaing the whole process patch testing on me first and reassuring me it was all OK. She then stepped me trough the whole process explaing every step and did such an amazing job. I left looking like a new man. Could not recommend Thames aesthetics and their services any more.
